Reporting a problem
Include the steps you took, your browser and version, any error message, and the expected result. A screenshot or a few redacted example rows can help. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment card information, customer records, or an unredacted catalog.
Email is handled through Yahoo Mail. If you voluntarily email a file, it leaves your browser and becomes part of your support correspondence. You can ask us to delete that correspondence, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Try the sample first
Use “Load sample” on the catalog review page to explore a synthetic supplier file and Shopify export. Then map your own CSV fields and confirm any brand-specific label rules before comparing.
Accepted files are UTF-8, comma-separated CSV, up to 2 MB and 5,000 rows per file. Excel workbooks, PDFs, inventory reconciliation, store connections, and import-file generation are not supported.
Payments and availability
The public beta is free to use. Checkout is disabled and paid access has not launched. There is no payment or subscription to cancel during the beta.
